Bison Meat Harvest

For the Individual, who is only interested in the Bison meat, or maybe does not have the time to do a hunt, we offer the harvest of some nice 2 year old Bisons at our ranch south of Edmonton. Those animals are prime meat Bison and they are available from September to December.
You buy your animal, you kill it and we help you butchering the bison, getting it cut into quarters and loaded into your truck or it could be delivered to a local butcher for processing.

You are paying wholesale meat price: $4.50 per pound carcass weight

The estimated carcass weights are 400 to 500 pounds. All the organs, head and hide are yours at no extra charge.
